ALL SALES PLACED ONLINE ARE FINAL.
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEIPT.
ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED ON THE WEEKENDS. FRIDAY AFTER 12:00 PM IS CONSIDERED WEEKEND ORDERS.
SHIPPING
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim to be reimbursed for your package.
ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
We cannot accept orders addressed to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
RETURNS
Creme does not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges, except in the instance of an error on our part (i.e. we've sent you the wrong item or size, or the article/item is damaged or defective).
In all other instances, ALL sales are final.
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
Packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. Creme must receive the returned item within seven (7) days of return authorization.

RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Items eligible for refund or exchange must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Exchanges will ONLY be made for the correct item or size of the product in question.
In the event that we don not have an available replacement for the item returned, a refund notification will be issued.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
